Japanese model manufacturer Kotobukiya has announced the latest product in its "Choko Chodai" series, known for its massive size, powerful sculpting, and vibrant colors, from "Yu-Gi-Oh!": the "The Winged Dragon of Ra - God Blaze Cannon Expansion Parts Set," scheduled for release in May 2026.
The "Choko Chodai" series' "The Winged Dragon of Ra," "Slifer the Sky Dragon," and "Obelisk the Tormentor" figures, released in 2022, boast an impressive length of 50 cm and a height of 35 cm. They meticulously recreate the biological features and sharp designs of the three Egyptian God Cards, while applying paintwork that expresses light, shadow, and a sense of weight, capturing their full majesty in a static display.
This expansion set includes a replacement head part for firing the "God Blaze Cannon" effect from its mouth, flame effects that surround The Winged Dragon of Ra, a dedicated base with an LED lighting mechanism, an aluminum nameplate printed with the Japanese and English names, and a remote control shaped like a Pharaoh's Memory Stone Tablet. When combined with the separately sold "Choko Chodai The Winged Dragon of Ra" main figure, you can display a powerful scene of it preparing to unleash the "God Blaze Cannon"!
