From Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Collectors Division TAMASHII NATIONS, the "S.H.Figuarts (Shinkocchou Seihou)" series, which sculpts figures from the skeletal structure to accurately reproduce the physique of the tokusatsu hero actors, has announced its latest product from "Kamen Rider 555", "Kamen Rider KAIXA", slated for release in March 2026.
In the series, Kamen Rider KAIXA, who transforms using the KAIXA DRIVER, is an enhanced combat suit specifically created for Orphnochs or those affected by the Orphnoch mark, with yellow Photon Blood flowing throughout its body. Compared to FAIZ, which prioritizes stability, KAIXA possesses greater power but is also more difficult to control. Most users, with the exception of Masato Kusaka, turned to ash and died immediately after transforming just once, earning it the moniker "the cursed belt."
The "S.H.Figuarts (Shinkocchou Seihou) Kamen Rider KAIXA" is crafted based on the physique of the suit actor from the series, reproducing intricate details such as the fierce head sculpt, the patterns within the transparent compound eyes, the metallic texture of the belt and weapons, and the yellow Photon Blood flowing throughout the body, all through precise sculpting and rich color application. The intricate mechanical details and color separation on the soles of the feet are particularly astonishing, faithfully recreating the suit's appearance from the show.
At the same time, the entire body features precise articulation divisions, allowing for natural and flexible movements without exposing unsightly gaps in the parts. The shoulder armor parts are connected to the torso, maintaining a natural shape even when the arms are swung widely, just like the suit in the series. The ankle armor is made of soft material, preserving both range of motion and sculpt when the foot is bent. The right leg can also be reproduced with interchangeable parts to show the difference in appearance before and after equipping the "Kaixa Pointer."
The "Kaixa Blaygun" weapon, equipped on the right waist, can be directly removed from its holster and held in hand. The handle at the rear of the gun can be replaced to reproduce its extended state. By attaching the "Mission Memory loaded state part" and the metallic-painted "Photon Blade" part, the sword mode can be recreated. A clear molded version of the Photon Blade for when the special move is activated is also included, allowing for the recreation of the iconic "Kaixa Slash" pose, complemented by the natural crouching of the leg joints.
Furthermore, accessories include the "Kaixa Phone," which can be detached from the belt and transformed into a pistol; the "Kaixa Shot," which is equipped on the right hand as a gauntlet; and two "Kaixa Pointer" parts for both weapon mode and kick mode, which can be equipped on the right leg to recreate the "Gold Smash" Rider Kick special move. The belt and all equipment can be detached from the main body and equipped onto the separately sold "S.H.Figuarts Masato Kusaka" to recreate his pre-transformation pose.
