Issued by Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Company HOBBY Division, the original assembly model series "30 MINUTES MISSIONS", known for its quick assembly, ease of customization, and mass-production machine charm, has announced its latest products, "1/144 eEXM-23 Teckprot 01" and "1/144 eEXM-23 Teckprot 02", scheduled for release in January and February 2026, respectively.
The new mobile suit eEXM-23 Teckprot, designed by mechanical designer Takayuki Yanase, is set as a security-type mass-production machine used by the Earth Alliance to maintain internal planetary order. Its overall armor design also features expandability, and the head boasts a unique design resembling a helmet and night vision goggles, allowing the visor and lens parts to deploy upwards. Its armaments include a riot gun and a massive riot shield.
This "eEXM-23 Teckprot" model kit will be released in two variants, 01 and 02, continuing the "30MM" series' characteristic simple yet refined parts assembly design, allowing even model beginners to complete assembly more quickly and easily. The difference between the two variants lies in the molded color of the parts and the head sculpt: 01 features a dark blue molded color and a helmet-type head, while 02 features a dark green molded color and a night-vision-goggle-type head. Other aspects, including the body structure and armaments, are identical.
In addition to the aforementioned head unit deployment mechanism, the Teckprot also features movable mechanisms in multiple areas such as the shoulder armor and skirt armor, which expand the range of motion for the shoulder and hip joints. The armor can also be detached to recreate a light-armored form. The thrusters originally mounted on the rear skirt armor can also be optionally equipped on the back. The most distinctive feature of this mobile suit, the "Large Riot Shield," is produced using new technology, with the patterns on the clear parts realized as a single piece, requiring no additional processing.
