Danish LEGO Toy Company officially released the new model numbered 77256 of the "Speed Champions" series (which standardizes 8-stud-wide scale classic cars and supercars) on the 14th: "Time Machine from Back to the Future"! It is expected to be available starting January 1, 2026, with a suggested retail price of $27.99.
The classic *Back to the Future* movie series is a timeless classic in the hearts of American pop culture enthusiasts, directed by Robert Zemeckis and centered around the theme of time travel. The film features a variety of cool technology, with the DeLorean DMC-12 as the iconic symbol throughout the series! After launching versions 21103 and 10300, LEGO is surprisingly releasing a new version in 2026, proving that the time machine's charm is indeed endless!
As a member of the Speed Champions series, the coolest aspect is that this modified time machine DeLorean DMC-12 can display alongside your other beloved cars from the same series without looking out of place. This set contains a total of 357 pieces, standing about 10 cm tall and 17 cm long, capable of recreating the designs from the first two *Back to the Future* films (two build options, non-transformable), and intricately replicating details such as the conductive rod, California license plate, Flux Capacitor, and Mr. Fusion device, along with restoring the dashboard time setting! The use of transparent blue pieces adds a perfect finishing touch.
▼ Aside from the cool time machine, this box set also includes the soul of the *Back to the Future* series: figures of Marty and Doc Brown, making it a must-buy!
