The Danish LEGO toy company has officially announced a new addition to its 'LEGO Icons' series, targeting adult LEGO fans, with model number 10366, 'Tropical Aquarium' (熱帶水族箱) ! It is expected to go on sale on November 16, 2025, with a suggested retail price of $479.99.
Have any of you toy enthusiasts had experience keeping fish? Besides observing the cute fish swimming around in the aquarium, rearranging the setup and decorations to make the fish feel more comfortable (at least, that’s what I think) is another great joy of the hobby. This LEGO Tropical Aquarium contains a total of 4154 pieces, measures approximately 36 cm in height and 52 cm in length when completed, and houses a vibrant underwater world scene in its deep black frame! In addition to its eye-catching vivid colors, you can also see a variety of underwater plants, corals, an oyster shell hiding a pearl, four brick-built fish models, and a treasure chest hidden in the corner!
In addition to the diverse parts that make up the underwater world, this set also features several movable mechanisms, such as a crab that can emerge from a hole, a lid that can be opened for the treasure chest, rotating corals, adjustable fish fins, etc. Speaking for myself, this aquarium definitely satisfies those who want to casually play and adjust the aquarium’s scenery without the need for water changes! But the downside is the dust cleaning since it only has a black frame, and both the price and size are indeed quite astounding—what do you all think?
