Japanese figure manufacturer Good Smile Company's new plastic model kit brand, the "Reincarnation" series, has officially announced its first product: "Reincarnation Racing Miku 2013 Ver." 1/8 scale plastic model kit. It has a suggested retail price of 8,800 JPY and is scheduled for release in April 2026.
The new plastic model kit brand "Reincarnation" aims to transform Good Smile Company's PVC scale figures into plastic model kits. By utilizing redesigned color-separated parts, 3D modeling technology, and more, it recreates classic figures crafted by top industry creators.

The first release, "Reincarnation Racing Miku 2013 Ver." 1/8 scale plastic model kit, is based on illustrator saitom's artwork, with costume design by Mari Shimazaki. It recreates the "Racing Miku 2013 Ver." figure, originally created by Chinese sculptor kiking in 2013, bringing it to life as a plastic model kit while incorporating some innovations and retaining the high-level aesthetic of the original sculpt! With exquisite color-separated parts, including metallic finishes and clear parts, a high level of completion can be achieved even with a straight build.
