CAPCOM Co., Ltd. of Japan, in collaboration with renowned monster sculptors, has announced the latest product from their 'CAPCOM FIGURE BUILDER Creator's Model' statue series for 'Monster Hunter Wilds': the "Re-Daou". It has a suggested retail price of 22,000 JPY and is scheduled for release in July 2026.
Reigning over the Grand Canyon Sands and regarded as the apex of its ecosystem, the "Re-Daou" (レ・ダウ) is a new Elder Dragon appearing in 'Monster Hunter Wilds'. It has adapted to the harsh climate of the Grand Canyon Sands and can operate within sandstorms accompanied by massive lightning strikes. It likely appears almost exclusively during thunderstorms to complement its powerful internal electrical capabilities. It can manipulate lightning using the azure thunder crystals covering its entire body, and also use them to emit sounds to intimidate enemies. It excels at close-range attacks with its electrified wing claws and head horns, and enhanced discharge attacks concentrated at the tips of its horns are extremely dangerous!
The "CAPCOM FIGURE BUILDER Creator's Model Re-Daou" stands approximately 28 cm tall with a wingspan of 31 cm, majestically recreating its powerful roaring pose! It meticulously reproduces the sandy-yellow scales from the game, complemented by transparent effect parts for the purple azure thunder crystals on its wingtips and tail, creating a striking contrast in color that makes its overall appearance even more eye-catching. The tiger-stripe patterns on its wing membranes, the upward-pointing spines on its back, and the thick, long spines and sharp claws at the end of its tail are all vividly sculpted, presenting a magnificent aura of flashing lightning, as if a bolt of electricity is piercing through the earth!
