Issued by TAMASHII NATIONS, the collector's toy division of BANDAI SPIRITS, the 6-inch articulated finished product series "GUNDAM UNIVERSE", designed for Mobile Suit Gundam fans worldwide, has officially announced its latest product from "Mobile Suit Gundam UC", the "Sinanju", scheduled for release in June 2026.
The MSN-06S Sinanju was originally the "Sinanju Stein," a prototype MS developed by Anaheim Electronics to collect data on the performance of its psycho-frame. It utilized the thruster technology of the "MSN-04 Sazabi" and, like the "RX-93 ν Gundam," was constructed with a movable frame and psycho-frame. The verification data from this unit further contributed to the completion of the "RX-0 Unicorn Gundam." However, in U.C. 0094, Anaheim secretly transferred two units of this model to the Neo Zeon remnant forces, "The Sleeves." One of them became the personal mobile suit of their leader, Full Frontal, and its red coloring and outstanding performance evoked memories of the "Red Comet," Char Aznable, from years past.
The "GUNDAM UNIVERSE Sinanju" also features the "UNIVERSAL REACTION FRAME," a new movable frame fully improved since 2025. This significantly enhances the range of motion compared to previous products in the series, allowing for more dynamic and powerful battle poses. The striking black and gold "Sleeves" emblem on the red armor is faithfully reproduced with gold paint. The armor design incorporates original series details based on the anime settings, showcasing sharp contours on areas like the shoulder armor and backpack.
Accessories include three pairs of interchangeable hands, a beam rifle, two beam axes, and a shield. The beam axes can recreate the beam naginata mode or be deployed inside the shield to form a large beam blade. Combined with the flexible articulated joint design, you can recreate cool battle scenes such as shooting, slashing, and even Char's iconic flying kick pose.
