GASHAPON "Gyaru Style Crayon Shin-chan" Capsule Toys: Shin-chan Transforms into a Shibuya 109 Gyaru with a Hilarious New Look!

Bandai's Gashapon division is releasing a new product based on the popular national anime "Crayon Shin-chan"—the "Gyaru Style Crayon Shin-chan" capsule toys, with a suggested retail price of 300 JPY per capsule, scheduled for release in the second week of December 2025!

Gyaru culture originated in Shibuya, Japan, in the late 1990s. Popularized by sales associates at Shibuya 109 department store, it quickly became a representative fashion style for the younger generation, characterized by exaggerated outfits such as tanned skin, white eyeshadow, platform shoes, and mini skirts. This "Gyaru Style Crayon Shin-chan" collection creates gyaru and gyaru-boy looks for the popular characters in the series, featuring four types: Shin-chan, Shiro, Himawari, and Buriburizaemon. Whether it's Shin-chan's pink-streaked blonde hair and tanned skin paired with a JK uniform, or Buriburizaemon's blonde hair, white tee, and necklace look, they are all incredibly hilarious and cute. Crayon Shin-chan fans and toy collectors, don't miss out!
