Bandai's GASHAPON division is set to release a new line of capsule toys based on the popular anime series "My Dress-Up Darling". The "My Dress-Up Darling Season 2 Character Collection" Gashapon will be available for 500 JPY per turn, with an anticipated release in late April 2026.
"My Dress-Up Darling" is a manga series by Shinichi Fukuda, which began serialization in "Young Gangan" in 2018. It was adapted into a TV anime by CloverWorks in 2022. The story follows Wakana Gojo, a high school student who loves making Hina dolls, as he unexpectedly begins crafting cosplay costumes for his classmate, the enthusiastic Marin Kitagawa.
The new "My Dress-Up Darling Season 2 Character Collection" Gashapon features Marin Kitagawa in several of her iconic cosplays, alongside Wakana Gojo, all rendered in a charming two-head-tall chibi style. Standing approximately 4.4 to 5.3 cm tall, each figure boasts meticulously sculpted details and dynamic poses that perfectly capture the characters' personalities. This collection includes Marin Kitagawa as Arisa Izayoi, Marin as Liz-kyun, Marin as Rose, and Wakana Gojo. They'll look absolutely adorable displayed alongside the four figures from the first season's collection!
