Japanese model manufacturer GOOD SMILE COMPANY's brand MECHA SMILE has announced the latest product in its 'MODEROID' plastic model series, themed after the game "Super Robot Wars Y": "MODEROID DYNAZENON RELIVE". It has a suggested retail price of 8,500 JPY and is scheduled for release in July 2026!
The original unit "DYNAZENON RELIVE" from "SSSS.DYNAZENON", which made a strong debut in the game "Super Robot Wars Y", was designed by Tsuyoshi Nonaka and is piloted by the four members of "Kaiju Prioritism". Its biggest feature is that it is controlled using a core of microscopic, almost invisible kaiju, and it merges with the prototype DYNAZENON, lacking the separation and re-combination mechanism of DynaRex, fully embodying Kaiju Prioritism!
The "MODEROID DYNAZENON RELIVE" plastic model kit is based on its appearance in the "Super Robot Wars Y" game. When assembled, it stands approximately 16.5 cm tall. The kit faithfully reproduces intricate part details, and with various molded colors, pre-painted parts, and stickers, it can be assembled to highly recreate the striking white unit, precisely reproducing its magnificent design, which is truly eye-catching. The box art is specially drawn by Hiroki Mutaguchi, the chief artist for "SSSS.DYNAZENON" hero illustrations.
Each joint is articulated, allowing for various combat poses. The DYNA Sabers equipped on both hands are made with clear parts, enabling the "Giant Sword Pulse" attack. The leg missile hatches can open for "Burst Missile" firing! With the transformable kit for its 2nd form, you can enjoy its appearance after power release. The new decorative parts feature laser stickers to recreate their dazzling, colorful luster.
As an original product feature, it can separate into the RELIVE Ver. "DYNA SOLDIER", "DYNA WING", "DYNA STRIKER", and "DYNA DIVER" four-machine forms, and also combine into "DYNA REX". Furthermore, DYNA SOLDIER can transform into DYNAMIC CANNON RELIVE Ver., brimming with presence and power! This product can also be combined with separately sold MODEROID series GRIDKNIGHT, Gridman (Universe Fighter), and Big Goldburn!
