Good Smile Arts Shanghai (GSAS), established in China by Japan's Good Smile Company, recently announced its latest product from the popular naval battle mobile game "Azur Lane": the "Fancy" 1/7 scale figure! It is scheduled to ship starting February 2027, with a suggested retail price of 33,000 JPY.
In the game "Azur Lane," Fancy is an SSR-class sailing ship obtainable through construction during the limited-time event "Hurricane and the Sleeping Ship." Unlike common cruisers, battleships, destroyers, and aircraft carriers, sailing ships are a more unique ship type, appearing in front-line, back-line, and even submarine fleets. Fancy's default illustration depicts a beautiful girl with a black eye patch, fair skin, white hair, and enveloped by tentacles; although she appears human-like, her true nature is an entirely different "indescribable existence." Beyond her words, her tongue exudes a strong sense of "non-humanity."
This figure stands approximately 29.5 cm tall, perfectly recreating the appearance of the abyssal lurker from the deep sea! From her bright white skin, as if untouched by the sun, naturally flowing white hair, eye patch, the translucent quality and beautiful gradients of her outfit, to the massive tentacles with their slimy texture, every detail has been meticulously reproduced. Furthermore, an open-eyed, tongue-out expression part is included, meticulously crafting the impressive and shocking split tongue, as if capturing the sinister moment Fancy is preying.
