Japanese model manufacturer Kotobukiya has announced the latest product in its pre-painted, pre-assembled model series 'P3', the "Durga II Light Armor Ver." from Kotobukiya's own 'Frame Arms Girl' model kit line, scheduled for release in February 2026.

The Frame Arms Girl "Durga" series is based on the original "Durga" unit from Kotobukiya's 'Frame Arms' model kit series, a base defense unit belonging to the Lunar Base faction. After being anthropomorphized into a beautiful girl by illustrator Eiji Komatsu, it inherits the heavy armor characteristics of an "armored knight". It also continues the voluptuous girl body style of the Frame Arms Girl "Magatsuki" by the same designer, creating an even more appealing contrast when paired with powerful heavy weaponry.

The "P3 Durga II Light Armor Ver." is based on the previously released model kit version. Each part is pre-assembled and painted with the same colors as the "photography sample" shown in the official product images, recreating the detailed color separation of the parts. However, the product only includes the Durga II's base body and its dedicated weapon, the "Guard Sword", and does not come with the complete set of heavy armor like an "armored knight".

Accessories include four pre-painted face parts: "healing smile", "proud face", "pouting face", and "anxious face". Five types of interchangeable PVC ball-jointed hand parts (left and right) are also included. Aside from these, the movable joints and 3mm connection points are the same as the regular version, allowing for various poses and expansion with weapon accessories using the fully painted body.
