Japanese company UNION CREATIVE (ユニオンクリエイティブ) recently announced a new product in its popular "Swimsuit Series" (水着シリーズ) based on the anime "To Love-Ru Darkness"—the "Sairenji Haruna Muse Color Ver." 1/4 scale pre-painted figure. It has a suggested retail price of 39,600 JPY and is scheduled for release in August 2026!
"To Love-Ru" is a manga series with story by Saki Hasemi and art by Kentaro Yabuki, serialized in JUMP starting in 2006. The story is a romantic comedy about the love triangle between protagonist Rito Yuuki and the two main heroines, Lala and Haruna. The sequel, "To Love-Ru Darkness," serialized in Monthly "Jump Square," is set two weeks after the final chapter of the main series, where a girl calling herself Mea Kurosaki suddenly appears, attempting to execute the Darkness Project to turn Yami back into a ruthless assassin.
This Swimsuit Series Sairenji Haruna Muse Color Ver. 1/4 scale pre-painted figure stands approximately 36 cm tall and is a recolor based on the regular version released in January 2025. It retains Haruna's two-piece bikini outfit, showcasing her slender yet slightly voluptuous figure. The curves from her hips and thighs down to her feet serve as a visual guide throughout the composition, while her looking back pose is subtle yet captivating! For this Muse Color version, the bikini color has been changed to pearlescent white, complemented by golden accessories on her arms, exuding a goddess-like aura!
