Japanese company FuRyu announced on the official X account of its prize brand, FuRyu Prize, that its popular "Noodle Stopper Figure" (ぬーどるストッパーフィギュア) series will release a new product based on the light novel-turned-anime Accel World – the "Black Lotus" Noodle Stopper Figure. It is scheduled to be released as a prize item in June 2026!
Accel World is a light novel series written by Reki Kawahara and illustrated by HIMA, which was adapted into a TV anime by Sunrise in 2011. The story is set in 2046, where everyone uses the terminal connection device "Neuro-Linker." The protagonist, Haruyuki Arita, who is always bullied, is suddenly invited by the student council vice president, Black Lotus, to embark on an adventure battling with super-high-speed thinking in a game called "Brain Burst."
This Black Lotus Noodle Stopper Figure brings her virtual character design to life, featuring an elegant sitting pose. The sculpt faithfully recreates her flowing skirt and iconic red and black butterfly wings. Her fair skin is rendered with molded skin tones, and the butterfly-shaped decorations and wrinkle details on her dress are exquisitely reproduced, exuding an overall aura of luxurious elegance! Having a senior accompany you while waiting for your instant noodles would be too blissful!
