Japanese collectible brand LOOP' has unveiled a new product on the GOOD SMILE official website: the "Walking Mushroom Orange" soft vinyl figure, based on the popular anime "Delicious in Dungeon." With a suggested retail price of 3,960 JPY, it is scheduled for limited release at "Wonder Festival 2026 [Winter]," held on February 8, 2026, at Makuhari Messe in Chiba Prefecture!
"Delicious in Dungeon" is an original work by manga artist Ryoko Kui, adapted into a TV anime by animation studio TRIGGER. The story follows protagonist Laios and his party after they are wiped out at the bottom of a dungeon. To rescue his sister, who was swallowed by a red dragon, and to reduce travel costs, they hunt monsters in the dungeon, turning them into delicious meals as they venture deeper.
The "Walking Mushroom" (歩き茸) was the first monster Laios and his party decided to have for lunch, cooked into a hotpot with giant scorpion and walking mushrooms. According to Senshi, the legs are quite delicious! This Walking Mushroom soft vinyl figure stands approximately 16 cm tall and utilizes the design of the previously announced red and blue versions, which are set to release in April. Building on the character's distinctive in-series appearance, LOOP' has added its unique design to create this special orange cap with white spots variant! The figure features rotatable legs, allowing it to be displayed sitting on the edge of a bookshelf. This newly revealed orange version will not only be released ahead of the regular red and blue versions but is also an event-exclusive item available only at the venue. Toy collectors attending WF shouldn't miss out!
