BANDAI CANDY, the Shokugan division of Japan's Bandai Co., Ltd., has announced detailed information for the latest product in its Kamen Rider articulated action figure Shokugan series, "Shodo EXCEED," titled "Shodo EXCEED Kamen Rider 2."
"Shodo EXCEED" is a Kamen Rider articulated figure Shokugan product that inherits many advantages from "Shodo XX." At an approximate height of 10 cm, it features intricate sculpting and flexible articulation. It also boasts three evolutionary improvements over the "Shodo XX" series: the Rider's compound eyes are rendered with clear parts, the amount of paint application has doubled, and the figure body and expansion parts are included in the same product set, significantly enhancing both the sculptural quality and the product's overall value.
The latest second wave lineup includes "Kamen Rider KABUTO Rider Form" and "Kamen Rider GATACK Rider Form," transformed by the two protagonists Souji Tendou and Arata Kagami from Kamen Rider KABUTO, as well as "Kamen Rider FOURZE Base States," transformed by protagonist Gentaro Kisaragi from Kamen Rider FOURZE, and "Kamen Rider TYCOON Ninja Form," transformed by Keiwa Sakurai from Kamen Rider GEATS.
・Kamen Rider KABUTO Rider Form
Can recreate the iconic "My grandmother once said..." pose with the index finger pointing to the sky. It also includes one part each for the gun, kunai, and axe forms of the dedicated weapon "KABUTO Kunai Gun," and effect parts for the special move "Rider Kick."
・Kamen Rider GATACK Rider Form
Includes open-palm hand parts to recreate combat stances. The two dedicated weapons, "GATACK Double Calibur," can normally be stored on the shoulders. When removed, they can be combined into a scissor shape using the tabs on the blades, and paired with effect parts to recreate the special move "Rider Cutting Slash."
・Kamen Rider FOURZE Base States
Includes interchangeable shoulder parts to recreate the pose with both hands raised, shouting "Space is here!" With interchangeable parts, a "Rocket" can be equipped on the right arm and a "Drill" on the left leg, recreating the pose for performing the special move "LIMIT BREAK." Furthermore, the drill comes with a fixed base designed to look like broken ground, allowing the figure to maintain a standing pose even with the drill leg attached.
・Kamen Rider TYCOON Ninja Form
Recreates the characteristic costume change setting from Kamen Rider GEATS, where the head, upper body, and lower body parts can be freely interchanged with Riders from the previously released GEATS, BUFFA, and others (sold separately). The weapon "Ninja Dueler" includes both separated dual blade forms and a combined sword form.
