Japanese company FuRyu announced on the official FuRyu Prize X account that its popular prize figure series "Noodle Stopper Figure" (ぬーどるストッパーフィギュア) will release a new product featuring the anime "TIGER×DRAGON!" — "Taiga Aisaka," scheduled to be released as a prize item in July 2026!
"TIGER×DRAGON!" (Toradora!) is a light novel written by Yuyuko Takemiya and illustrated by Yasu, which was adapted into an anime series by J.C.STAFF in 2008. It tells the story of the kind-hearted but intimidating protagonist Ryuji Takasu and the headstrong, petite protagonist Taiga Aisaka, known as the "Palmtop Tiger," a school romantic comedy that develops after they form a common front due to their mutual crushes on each other's best friends.
This Taiga Aisaka Noodle Stopper Figure is sculpted in a reclining pose, referencing her school uniform appearance. Her raised hands draw the eye from her petite body to her spread-out long hair. The white uniform shirt, originally tucked into her skirt, has come untucked due to the dynamic pose. The paintwork is meticulous, using partial airbrushing to deepen shadows and add details like blush. Her fierce expression carries a hint of shyness, and combined with her lifelike reclining posture, it's truly irresistible for long-time fans. Using it to hold down instant noodle lids will definitely make the noodles taste even better!
