From Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS company's prize figure brand BANPRESTO, which reinterprets monster designs in a Q-version (chibi) style, "Chinzaju" will release a new Monster Hunter series product, "Khezu ~Terror! Tales of the Old Swamp~," as a prize figure on April 28, 2026! There will be two styles available for collection.
Khezu is a Wyvern with smooth skin, massive legs, and wings. It can absolutely be described as the most bizarre and grotesque large monster in the Monster Hunter series. Hunters encountering it for the first time must have been startled by its face, which is nothing but a gaping maw! The editor personally has a vivid memory of Khezu's first appearance mission in Monster Hunter Rise, "Repel the Faceless Monster?" Khezu first paralyzes small monsters with electric orbs before swallowing them whole, and also unleashes electrical attacks on its surroundings!

The "Khezu" three-dimensionalized in this Chinzaju series measures 16 cm in length. It reinterprets this strange large monster with an incredibly cute, low-head-to-body ratio. While fully reproducing its smooth body, iconic gaping maw, and sharp teeth, the texture of its skin and muscle lines are also delicately sculpted. The white original species features highly organic gradients on its wings, feet, and other areas, giving it a soft, tender appearance. The other variant is an all-red subspecies, which is quite striking overall! However, no matter which version, the editor personally thinks they look more and more like a whole chicken and a roasted whole chicken (lol)!
