Japanese capsule toy maker TOYS CABIN has unveiled the new “Dominator Miniature Collection” based on "PSYCHO-PASS: Providence." The special weapon carried by Public Safety Bureau Inspectors and Enforcers has been recreated as a miniature model, complete with its mechanical gun design and a fully functional transformation gimmick that switches it from Non-Lethal Paralyzer to Lethal Eliminator mode. The collection features four variants, priced at ¥500 per play including tax, and is scheduled for release in March 2027.
Set in a near-future society where the Sibyl System monitors the psychological state of every citizen, "PSYCHO-PASS" follows a world in which the Dominator automatically determines whether its user can fire and which enforcement mode to deploy based on the target’s Crime Coefficient. A previously released Shinya Kogami figure recreated the Dominator’s different forms with interchangeable parts, but this miniature version builds the transformation directly into the weapon itself. Collectors can manually switch it from the non-lethal Non-Lethal Paralyzer mode to the deadly Lethal Eliminator mode.
The lineup includes the familiar Standard Type and the SG Type introduced in "PSYCHO-PASS 3: First Inspector," which can engage multiple targets at once. Each design comes in a standard black version and a clear version, bringing the collection to four variants in total. Despite measuring only around 6 cm long, the Standard Type still replicates the weapon’s on-screen transformation sequence. Every miniature also includes a dedicated display stand, giving fans an affordable way to add this iconic firearm to their collection.
