BANDAI SPIRITS, under Bandai Japan, is expanding its "Saint Cloth Myth EX" series. Following releases like Marina General Chrysaor Krishna and Sea Horse Baian from the "Poseidon Chapter," the line is now introducing the Marina General guarding the South Pacific Ocean: "Lymnades Casa." Priced at 11,000 JPY, pre-orders are currently open on Premium Bandai, with an estimated release in April 2022.
In the "Poseidon Chapter" of "Saint Seiya," protagonist Seiya and his companions journey to Poseidon's undersea sanctuary to rescue Athena (Saori Kido), who has been abducted by the Sea God. To save Athena, they must defeat Poseidon's seven Marina Generals and destroy the seven Ocean Pillars they guard, which support the underwater realm.
Casa (カーサ), the Marina General guarding the South Pacific Ocean Pillar, may not possess immense raw power, but he is a genius of mind-reading and disguise. He excels at exploiting emotional weaknesses, often impersonating a target's closest loved one to strike when they are most vulnerable, securing victory time and again.
The final Sea General to join the lineup, "Saint Cloth Myth EX Lymnades Casa," stands approximately 180mm tall. His Scale armor, designed with the Lymnades (sea monster) as its motif, is perfectly recreated with a newly sculpted body, capturing the creature's unique, twisted, and iconic hunched posture and silhouette. The figure includes four expressive face plates: shouting, a cunning evil smirk, a shocked expression, and gritted teeth, showcasing his signature "broken" facial expressions. An interchangeable hair sculpt is also provided for displaying him without his helmet. Paired with various interchangeable left and right hand gestures, fans can vividly recreate his poses from the series! Additionally, Casa's spiky, golden-shimmering Scale can be reassembled into its Salamander object form!
