Jointly developed by Japan's SQUARE ENIX and renowned statue manufacturer Prime 1 Studio, the "SQUARE ENIX MASTERLINE" Polystone statue series, featuring SQUARE ENIX game titles, has announced its latest product, the "FINAL FANTASY VI 1/6 Scale Statue." Following its first release, "NieR:Automata", this new statue is slated for release on July 28, 2023, with a global limited run of just 600 units.
The "SQUARE ENIX MASTERLINE FINAL FANTASY VI 1/6 Scale Statue" is meticulously crafted based on the main visual art for FFVI, drawn by character designer Yoshitaka Amano, and was supervised by Amano-sensei himself. Prime 1 Studio utilized its expert digital sculpting and painting techniques to create the stunning protagonist Tina, with her vibrant costume colors and exquisite design, alongside the imposing Magitek Armor, featuring a heavy metallic feel and intricate mechanical details.
Standing an impressive 78 cm tall and weighing 34.2 kg, the statue benefits from advanced digital sculpting technology, which meticulously captures the ornate carvings on the Magitek Armor and the detailed fabric and leather textures of Tina's outfit. Additionally, the luxurious set of accessories includes two interchangeable body parts for Tina, allowing for two different poses, as well as three uniquely sculpted Moogles and an FF6 logo display stand.
