Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Company's HOBBY Division announced today at the online new product presentation "HOBBY NEXT PHASE 2022 SUMMER" the latest plastic model kit from "Super Robot Wars OG", "HG Alteisen Nacht", scheduled for release in October 2022.
The popular original unit from the "Super Robot Wars OG" series, Alteisen (アルトアイゼン), is a unit operated by the Earth Federation Army's ATX Team. Unlike the SRX, this unit does not use Extra-Over Technology (EOT) at all, thus boasting high reliability. Developed with the core concept of "overwhelming firepower for single-point breakthroughs," Alteisen is equipped with high-firepower weaponry and heavy armor, featuring medium-to-close-range projectile weapons such as the "Revolving Bunker" and "Revolving Stake." The Alteisen Nacht, released this time, is a night camouflage specification with a blue and white color scheme applied to the entire unit during its participation in the DC Remnants Suppression Operation, with performance identical to the Alteisen.
The "HG 1/144 Alteisen Nacht" is based on the standard version kit released in 2021. The parts' molded colors have been changed to a blue and white night camouflage specification. With excellent color separation and part division technology, it achieves outstanding sculpt and flexible movable joints, and also recreates the rotating mechanism of the "Revolving Stake" on the left arm and the deployed state of the "Revolving Bunker" hatches on both shoulders.
Unlike the standard version, this kit includes a completely newly sculpted weapon, the "Shishioh Blade." Comprising two parts, the blade and the sheath, it recreates the detailed sculpt of the sheath and hilt, allowing for both sheathed and unsheathed states, enabling a wider range of battle scenes!
