Prime 1 Studio, a Japanese high-quality statue manufacturer known for its impressive scale and intricate details, will release a 1/6 scale diorama statue of "Yuji Itadori" from the popular anime "Jujutsu Kaisen" under its Concept Masterline series. It will be available in two versions, Regular Edition and DX Edition, with an estimated release window of September to December 2023.
Japanese manga artist Gege Akutami's manga series "Jujutsu Kaisen" (呪術廻戦), a popular new work serialized in "Weekly Shonen Jump" since 2018, saw its popularity skyrocket after the anime adaptation premiered in October 2020! The story follows Yuji Itadori, a high school student with exceptional athletic abilities, who, to fulfill his grandfather's dying wish to help others, accidentally swallows a finger of the "King of Curses" – a cursed object with four arms and two faces – during an attack by cursed spirits, causing the cursed spirit "Ryomen Sukuna" to merge with him.
The "Prime 1 Studio Yuji Itadori" 1/6 scale diorama statue is inspired by the cover of the first manga volume, bringing Yuji's dignified standing pose to life. It faithfully recreates Yuji's facial features after merging with Sukuna, with his signature spiky hair meticulously rendered. The Jujutsu High uniform he wears features realistic fabric texture, with attention to every detail, including the wide red hoodie, cropped pants, and buttons engraved with the Tokyo Jujutsu High emblem. The folds in various parts of the uniform are used to emphasize Yuji's physique, conveying his strong build even through the fabric. The base is designed to depict Sukuna's Domain Expansion, "Malevolent Shrine."

In the "Prime 1 Studio Yuji Itadori DX Edition," in addition to the original interchangeable arms, it also includes effect parts for both hands depicting the Divergent Fist cursed energy. Furthermore, an interchangeable head sculpt featuring Sukuna's facial expression when he takes over Yuji's body is included, allowing for a dramatic display of the two sharing one body.
