American-based renowned collectible manufacturer Sideshow Collectibles' "Legendary Scale" series recently announced its latest work from "Star Wars": the "Yoda" 1/2 scale full body statue! It is expected to ship from June to September 2023.
This piece stands approximately 50.8 cm tall and is based on Master Yoda's design from the Star Wars Prequel Trilogy. It recreates his heroic posture as a highly skilled Jedi Master, with his left hand touching the ground and his right arm raised, wielding his green lightsaber. His vigilant expression, gazing forward, perfectly conveys the tense atmosphere of combat. The deeply wrinkled face, the fine hairs on his head, the gradient-painted fingernails, and the realistic burlap texture of his attire are all exceptionally detailed. Furthermore, the lightsaber features an LED light-up function, and the cloak has an internal wire for posing, further enhancing the overall dynamism! The base, designed with the wreckage of a B1 Battle Droid as its theme, features paintwork and scorch marks on its severed sections that seem to evoke the intense heat left by a lightsaber's slash!
