Brazilian statue manufacturer Iron Studios' "Art Scale" product line recently released its latest product from "The Lord of the Rings", the "Sauron" 1/10 scale full body deluxe statue! Expected to ship in Q3 2023.
This piece stands approximately 38 cm tall, bringing to life the powerful pose of the Dark Lord "Sauron" wielding his massive mace. It faithfully recreates his silver-and-black spiked armor, the iconic helmet with its six-bladed structure, and the intricate three-dimensional carvings on the armor. The cape behind him not only features worn and damaged edges but also a strong sense of dynamic movement, enhancing the overall action and tension. The base is designed based on Sauron's colossal fortress in Mordor, Barad-dûr. While serving to complement the main figure of Sauron, it meticulously captures the sturdy and imposing visual effect of the castle walls and towers, and the orange gradient paintwork conveys the brightly lit scenes from the film.
