Following "Denji" and "Power," MAX FACTORY Co., Ltd.'s popular articulated toy series "figma" is releasing the latest "figma Aki Hayakawa" based on the hit anime "Chainsaw Man." The suggested retail price is 11,000 JPY, and it is scheduled for release in February 2024!
Aki Hayakawa, a character with explosive charm from "Chainsaw Man," is driven by a desire to kill the Gun Devil to avenge his family. He is a loyal subordinate (woof woof) to Makima, a Devil Hunter from Tokyo Public Safety Devil Extermination Special Division 4, and Denji's senior. He wears his hair in a topknot, always carries a katana, and possesses a calm and collected samurai-like demeanor. Entrusted by Makima with the responsibility of looking after Denji and Power, he reluctantly but competently plays the role of a caretaker.
The "figma Aki Hayakawa" articulated figure stands approximately 16 cm tall, faithfully recreating Aki's signature shirt uniform, upright topknot, and black earrings. It includes three interchangeable face plates: a "standard face" for his usual cool demeanor, a "closed single eye face" for summoning the Fox Devil, and a "shouting face" for combat. Combined with interchangeable hand parts such as "fox hand" and "cigarette-holding hand," as well as a "katana (normal state)" and "katana (drawn state)," various classic scenes from the series can be recreated! *The katana (nail shape) cannot be drawn from its sheath.
