Landing on the Moon! KAWADA Co., Ltd. (株式会社カワダ) of Japan, renowned for its micro-building block series "nanoblock", is set to release a moon landing-themed toy, the "Lunar Module" (月着陸船), scheduled for release on July 8, 2023.
We believe everyone is familiar with the famous quote by American astronaut Neil Armstrong: "That's one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind." These were his words when he stepped onto the lunar surface during NASA's Apollo program in 1969, marking humanity's first successful moon landing. This event holds significant historical importance. The lunar module used in the Apollo spacecraft at that time also left a deep impression in many people's minds.
This nanoblock Lunar Module faithfully recreates the appearance of the original lunar module, and also includes an astronaut, a flag pole, and a miniature lunar rover, making it incredibly charming. It perfectly captures the essence of the moon landing. If displayed alongside previously released space-themed nanoblock products, it creates an even more immersive atmosphere.
