Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS company's collector's toy division TAMASHII NATIONS, following the popular articulated figure "S.H.Figuarts" series releases of "Ichigo Kurosaki" and "Renji Abarai", is once again launching the latest work from "BLEACH: Thousand-Year Blood War Arc", "S.H.Figuarts Kuchiki Byakuya", with a reference price of 8,250 JPY, scheduled for release in November 2023.
Captain of the Gotei 13's 6th Division (Noble Clan Governing Squad), the 28th head and current patriarch of the Four Great Noble Clans' Kuchiki family, Kuchiki Byakuya is the adoptive elder brother of the protagonist Kuchiki Rukia, and is hailed as the strongest family head in Kuchiki history. Always expressionless, he gives off an impression of coldness and sternness, only gradually revealing his outwardly cold but inwardly passionate and deeply emotional side as the story progresses.
The "S.H.Figuarts Kuchiki Byakuya" stands approximately 155 mm tall, faithfully recreating Byakuya's dignified appearance. The articulation design has been adjusted to maintain the sculpt while allowing for dynamic posing in battle scenes, even with his loose Shinigami uniform. The captain's haori is also articulated, allowing it to move freely with his poses without hindrance. It comes with four interchangeable face parts: cold gaze, shocked, closed eyes, and battle grimace, along with accessories such as his Zanpakuto and Zanpakuto (Shikai "Senbonzakura" ver.), allowing for enjoyment of various dynamic poses!
