After more than a decade, Japan's GOOD SMILE COMPANY is finally re-releasing the divine item from "Puella Magi Madoka Magica," the "Ultimate Madoka" 1/8 scale figure! The suggested retail price is 19,800 JPY, and it is scheduled for release in February 2024!
The protagonist of "Puella Magi Madoka Magica," Madoka Kaname, is a 14-year-old girl who dreams of "being able to help others." She is somewhat indecisive, lacks confidence, and is hesitant to try new things, but she possesses a heart kinder than anyone else's. After becoming a Magical Girl, Madoka is willing to pay any price to protect her loved ones and the world, evolving into an existence that sacrifices herself, transforming her wish into truth as "Ultimate Madoka (Madokami)."
First released in 2012, the "Ultimate Madoka" 1/8 scale figure is finally being re-released! Standing approximately 33 cm tall, the figure faithfully recreates Madokami's flowing pink hair and pure white long dress. The massive wings on her back are made of clear material with a gradient pink paint application. The richly layered skirt flows elegantly, with its inner layers shimmering with brilliant colors and luster, reminiscent of a deep universe! The skirt's support gives Madokami a light, floating appearance, and the magical bow in her hand, resembling a flower bud (or dragon fruit), is also meticulously reproduced. The magic circle on the base is designed to appear like cosmic space when an arrow is shot.
