HobbyJapan's model brand AMAKUNI, in collaboration with Sentinel, has officially announced today the latest product from their 'AMAKUNI KISHIN' alloy figure series, 'Hakaioh Genesic Gaogaigar,' based on 'Hakai-Oh ~Gaogaigar vs. Betterman~,' with an anticipated release in April 2024.
Appearing on Jupiter, Hakaioh Genesic is the form of Genesic Gaogaigar after being corroded and contaminated by the super-energy entity 'Triple Zero.' Its entire body emits a crimson aura, and its performance is significantly enhanced compared to its original state, possessing powerful regenerative abilities. In addition to being able to utilize all of Genesic Gaogaigar's original armaments, it also possesses the formidable technique 'Oath Over Omega Radiation,' which radiates Triple Zero energy from its entire body.
The 'AMAKUNI KISHIN Hakaioh Genesic Gaogaigar' is based on the previously released standard version. Standing approximately 24 cm tall, its body is crafted with 'ultimate sculpting' as the goal, achieving extremely precise details. From the rich panel lines and sharp edges of the armor to the intricate head and track details, a meticulous mechanical texture is thoroughly realized. While sacrificing the combination gimmick, the entire figure utilizes alloy joint parts, achieving stable articulation. Both the head and Galeon's lion head feature built-in LED light-up mechanisms.
This version features a complete repaint, transforming the figure into the crimson-aura-emitting form after being corroded by Triple Zero. Flame-like gradient colors are used to express the light and shadow of each part and its terrifying, calamitous appearance, possessing overwhelming presence.
In addition to being able to swap the head for an open-mouth version to recreate roaring scenes, the neck's articulated joint has been renewed with a new design for more flexible movement, allowing for a wider range of adjustments compared to the old version to achieve dynamic poses. Furthermore, the accessories also include an improved standard-color head part, which can be used to upgrade the separately sold 'AMAKUNI KISHIN Genesic Gaogaigar'.
