We're here to bring you coverage of the "TAMASHII POP UP SPOT in Kaohsiung" event, currently being held by Bandai Spirits Collectors Division, Tamashii Nations. In addition to the new items previously unveiled in Taipei and Taichung, this exhibition also features numerous prototypes making their first-ever appearance in Taiwan. Let's dive in and take a look!
TAMASHII POP UP SPOT in Kaohsiung
Exhibition Dates: July 15 (Sat) – July 23 (Sun), 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Last entry at 6:30 PM)

The biggest highlight of this "TAMASHII POP UP SPOT in Kaohsiung" is the first-ever public appearance in Taiwan of the S.H.Figuarts action figures of Gabimaru from "Hell's Paradise: Jigokuraku," Mash Burnedead from "Mashle: Magic and Muscles," and Ultraman Blazar, as well as the METAL BUILD DRAGON SCALE Ryujinmaru 35th Anniversary Edition! Another major advantage this time is that many of the products previously displayed as prototypes in Taipei and Taichung are now being shown as final production models.
▼ Alright, let's take a tour, section by section! Upon entering, the first thing that catches your eye is the photo wall featuring protagonists from JUMP series.
▼ Next up are the exhibits from the world of Naruto, including the Figuarts ZERO Boruto Uzumaki -BORUTO- Kizuna Relation, making its Taiwan debut. Displayed alongside his father, Naruto Uzumaki -BORUTO- Kizuna Relation, the presentation feels even more complete.
● One Piece
● Bleach, Chainsaw Man, Hell's Paradise
● Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba
▼ The Figuarts ZERO Muichiro Tokito was only shown as a standee this time. While it's a bit of a shame not to see the actual figure, you can still get a sense of its overall scale from the standee's height. The anticipation builds!
● SYNDUALITY, Umamusume: Pretty Derby, Celebrity Series Characters
● Dragon Ball Super
● Jujutsu Kaisen
● SPY×FAMILY
▼ The ultra-luxurious DX Soul of Chogokin Mazinger Z 50th Anniversary Ver. makes a grand appearance on-site in its armor-removed state!
▼ The Soul of Chogokin GX-72 Daizyujin from "Kyoryu Sentai Zyuranger" is also lined up for an impressive display!
▼ The Red Rangers from across the generations are once again assembled in a massive formation! This time, the spotlight is on the S.H.Figuarts Kuwagata Ohger.
● Ultraman
● Kamen Rider
● MARVEL
● Saint Seiya
● Macross
● Hideaki Anno's "Shin Japan Heroes Universe"
● Mazinger Z
▼ The Chogokin ZOIDS RZ-041 Liger Zero also makes a powerful appearance at the event!
▼ The Soul of Chogokin GX-103 MFS-3 Type 3 Kiryu is displayed this time alongside an autographed art board by Shinji Nishikawa-sensei.
● Mobile Suit Gundam
▼ The KAITAI-SHOU-KI Sazabi Optional Parts Set - Reu-Loola Laboratory is being exhibited in Taiwan for the first time. Its immense, beyond-standard volume is the definition of ultimate power and presence!
▼ The prototype long-range beam rifle and prototype funnel rack look incredibly cool.
▼ Another major highlight of the event is the METAL BUILD DRAGON SCALE Sirbine!
▼ As always, there's a hands-on play area to experience the figures! In addition to the S.H.Figuarts action figures of Luffy and Zoro, you can also play with Sanji and, for the first time at the Kaohsiung event, the ROBOT SPIRITS MS-06S Char's Zaku ver. A.N.I.M.E. ~Clear Color~.
▼ Here are the event-exclusive items for this "TAMASHII POP UP SPOT in Kaohsiung."
▼ After touring the exhibition, the merchandise sales area is a must-visit for some serious splurging.
Finally, it's worth mentioning that the event also features a special mission to receive an acrylic display stand, as well as event surveys available in three locations: the Naruto-themed area, the hands-on play area, and near the exit. We encourage all toy fans to participate and fill them out. Not only does it make the visit more engaging, but your feedback also helps make future events even better!
▼ Braving the scorching midday sun, the passion of Kaohsiung's toy collectors is truly incredible!
