Piece by piece, LEGO bricks offer infinite possibilities; as long as you have imagination, you can build anything! There are countless LEGO enthusiasts worldwide who meticulously craft astonishing creations. Today, we're featuring a build that could easily be mistaken for a real appliance on your kitchen counter, designed by LEGO builder Mexx (dimexart). This brick-built model, the "Vintage Toaster," has garnered 10,000 votes of support on the LEGO IDEAS platform.

Beyond using LEGO parts to capture the beauty and realistic feel of objects, Mexx also excels at showcasing architectural charm in miniature scale. His "Vintage Toaster," built with 658 pieces, is truly stunning! The overall design features a primary palette of mint green and sand, accented with silver handles, buttons, and a top frame, exuding an elegant, classic aesthetic. Its exterior is reminiscent of Ariete toasters, with sleek, rounded lines and a high degree of integrated completeness, making it incredibly appealing!

This toaster isn't just about its beautiful exterior! Mexx has incorporated some truly fascinating functionality. Using the side lever, you can lower the toast model into the machine. Pressing a button magically swaps the hidden, already-toasted brown bread with the original white bread. Then, pulling the lever upwards makes the toasted bread pop out! Mexx even used rubber band parts to achieve the satisfying pressing feel of a real toaster. It's truly ingenious! I really hope this can be commercialized so I can experience this mechanism firsthand.
