Japan's CAPCOM Co., Ltd. recently officially announced its new voxel-style plush doll product series, 'VOXENATION'. The first wave of products will feature nine iconic characters from various well-known Capcom game IPs, including Monster Hunter, Street Fighter, and Resident Evil, with an anticipated release date of November 16, 2023.
To commemorate its 40th anniversary, Capcom has launched the 'VOXENATION' series of commemorative products, transforming its famous video game characters into super cute voxel-style plush dolls. Crafted with numerous square color blocks, these palm-sized dolls stand approximately 16 cm tall, are sewn from polyester fabric, and filled with cotton. Their round, flat limbs create a charming and comforting design that differs from their original appearances! Each character is uniformly priced at an accessible 3,520 JPY (tax included) and comes in a four-sided transparent box design, allowing customers to admire the characters' adorable forms directly on the shelf.
The first wave of products features a total of nine iconic characters: Ryu and Chun-Li from Street Fighter, Dante from Devil May Cry, Phoenix Wright from Ace Attorney, Chris Redfield and Leon S. Kennedy from Resident Evil, Mega Man from the original Mega Man, and the Male Hunter (Rathalos Series) and Palico (Leather Series) from Monster Hunter!
