Japan's Bandai Co., Ltd.'s GASHAPON capsule toy brand's luxurious "Creature Encyclopedia Ultimate" series will release the highly anticipated "Rainbow Stag Beetle" gashapon. There will be four types, with a reference price of 1,500 JPY per turn, scheduled to launch in July 2023.
The "Creature Encyclopedia Ultimate" series, known for its top-tier size, sculpting, and articulation design, now introduces the "Rainbow Stag Beetle" with realistic details and exquisite painting. Utilizing X-ray CT scans to perfectly replicate the specimen's form, it faithfully reproduces the stag beetle's body structure with articulation, featuring 18 movable joints and a size of 95 mm. Biological details such as the distinctive mandibles, antennae, abdominal segments, and hooked legs are meticulously recreated. What truly catches the eye is the metallic, iridescent carapace that shimmers with a seven-color luster!
