Japanese toy brand PLEX's large-scale Dragon Ball PVC product series, "DRAGON BALL ARISE" (ドラゴンボールアライズ), is scheduled to release the villainous Saiyan character from the original Dragon Ball series, Goku's elder brother, "Raditz" (ラディッツ), in November 2023! Priced at 29,700 JPY.
Raditz was the first to arrive on Earth in the Saiyan Saga. His character is despicable and malicious, holding Gohan hostage to force Goku into a killing spree. An unyielding Goku, along with Piccolo, who had been observing in secret, decided to team up to confront Raditz. During the battle, Raditz even feigned surrender through emotional manipulation. Ultimately, as Raditz's power was greatly weakened by Gohan's enraged charge, Goku sacrificed himself to restrain him, rendering him immobile. Piccolo seized this opportunity to kill Raditz with his Special Beam Cannon, but Goku also perished in the process. As he lay dying, Raditz foretold the arrival of Nappa and Vegeta on Earth one year later.
This Dragon Ball Arise series Raditz figure stands at an impressive 28 cm tall, faithfully recreating Raditz's classic arms-crossed standing pose, his evil facial expression, the battle power scouter on his left eye, his long hair, and even the intricate patterns on the armor of the Saiyan battle suit. Furthermore, those who pre-order online via "ZEEM Online Shop" will receive an exclusive bonus item, the "Old Man with a Power Level of 5," standing 10 cm tall, allowing fans to recreate the original scene when displayed together.
