GOOD SMILE COMPANY Japan's popular product series "Nendoroid (ねんどろいど)" has officially announced its latest product from "Ace of Diamond act II," the Seido High School captain and arguably the strongest catcher in the series, "Kazuya Miyuki" (みゆき かずや)! Scheduled for release in April 2024.
Kazuya Miyuki, in the anime setting of "Ace of Diamond act II," takes on the role of captain and cleanup hitter, continuously guiding the entire Seido High School baseball team as a catcher with his strong presence. Miyuki possesses excellent baseball talent and astonishing arm strength, capable of calmly analyzing game situations. The more critical the moment, the more his abilities are unleashed. On defense, he excels at using aggressive, unexpected, and bold pitch calling to overwhelm batters alongside his pitchers. On offense, he often uses a catcher's mindset to see through the opposing team's pitching strategies, not fixated on big swings but rather focusing on hitting that can reliably break through the opponent's defense. He has many shining heroic moments and is the most reliable teammate.
The "Nendoroid Kazuya Miyuki" stands approximately 10 cm tall. It faithfully recreates the white Seido baseball team uniform, blue compression wear, and Miyuki's signature items: glasses and sports goggles, based on the "Ace of Diamond act II" anime design. The face plates can display three expressions: a smiling face, a grinning face, and a serious expression focused on the game. Accessories include a metal bat, a baseball, and a catcher's mitt, allowing fans to recreate Miyuki's cool moments hitting a single or preparing to throw! The gradient effect on his hair is also excellent. Fans of "Ace of Diamond" should definitely add this to their collection! We hope that Sawamura will be released soon to pair with him.
