Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Collectors Division TAMASHII NATIONS' popular action figure series "S.H.Figuarts" has preemptively unveiled its latest product, "S.H.Figuarts Monkey D. Luffy (A Netflix Series: ONE PIECE)," as the Netflix live-action series "ONE PIECE" is about to launch! The suggested retail price is 8,250 Japanese Yen, and it is scheduled for release in January 2024.
The live-action series "ONE PIECE," spearheaded by Netflix, with original creator Eiichiro Oda serving as executive producer and supervisor, is scheduled for an exclusive worldwide release starting August 31, 2023, comprising 10 episodes. The story is set against the backdrop of the "Great Pirate Era," recounting Luffy's adventure to become the King of the Pirates, sailing the seas with his companions in search of the Grand Treasure. Even before its broadcast, it has sparked enthusiastic discussion among a vast number of ONE PIECE supporters.
The "S.H.Figuarts Monkey D. Luffy (A Netflix Series: ONE PIECE)" measures approximately 145 mm in height. In addition to Luffy's signature red vest, three-quarter denim pants, and straw hat attire, the most striking feature is the faithful recreation of Mexican actor Iñaki Godoy's thick eyebrows, broad nose facial features, unruly curly hair, and tanned skin! It comes with interchangeable face parts, including a neutral expression and a smiling face, and an interchangeable hair part for when the straw hat is removed, allowing you to recreate his active poses from the series with various hand gestures!
