GOOD SMILE COMPANY's popular "Nendoroid" series, featuring over a thousand different figures, will release its latest product from the popular anime Bocchi the Rock!, the "Nendoroid Ikuyo Kita"! The suggested retail price is 5,800 JPY, and it is scheduled for release in February 2024.
Bocchi the Rock! (ぼっち・ざ・ろっく！), with its story centered on the theme "If you're an 'in-kyara,' go play rock!", tells the tale of Hitori Gotoh, a high school girl with severe social anxiety and a school outcast, who has practiced guitar diligently since childhood, hoping to gain attention from her classmates and become a rock star! Her popular classmate, Ikuyo Kita, is a bright and charismatic 'yang-kyara' with an enthusiastic, cheerful, and energetic personality, and a vibrant social life. Although she initially wasn't very skilled at guitar, she joined "Kessoku Band" at Bocchi's invitation, serving as both vocalist and guitarist.
The "Nendoroid Ikuyo Kita" stands approximately 10 cm tall, faithfully recreating the adorable Kita in a cute, chibi proportion~ She is dressed in her Shuka High School uniform, with her striking red hair and side ponytail also accurately reproduced. The figure comes with three interchangeable face plates: her signature smiling face, a joyful squinting smile, and a sparkling-eyed expectant Kita face. Additionally, accessories such as her guitar, smartphone, and selfie stick are included. Paired with a variety of interchangeable hand parts, you can enjoy Kita radiating her 'yang-kyara' charm~
