World-renowned Hong Kong toy manufacturer Hot Toys yesterday (22nd) unveiled several new 1/6th scale collectible figures. From "Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse," in addition to "Spider-Punk," "Miles G. Morales" also makes a striking appearance!
In the latter part of "Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse," Miles is transported to Earth-42, the universe where the radioactive spider that bit him originated. There, he encounters his Uncle Aaron, who is still alive in this world, and his alternate self, "Miles G. Morales," who has become the Prowler. This figure stands approximately 29 cm tall and features 30 points of articulation. It meticulously recreates every detail of the purple and black Prowler suit, including the sharp-pointed collar, mechanical forearms with claws, equipment backpack, and mid-top sneakers. In addition to a masked head sculpt with LED light-up function, there's also an unmasked head sculpt featuring dreadlocks and an articulated eyeball system, capturing a truly fierce expression!
▼ If one were to suggest that the "G" in "Miles G. Morales" stands for Gangster, the editor would not doubt it for a second. However, it is, unfortunately, not the case; it is an abbreviation for Gonzalo.
Accessories include two spray cans, a pair of mechanical forearms with LED light-up function, attachable attack effects for the hands, multiple interchangeable hands, and a diorama base adorned with gradient-colored pipes and metal chains, making for a truly cool display! It's worth noting that in addition to the light-up mask and mechanical forearms, the soles of the sneakers feature UV reactive paint. Furthermore, the special edition, released concurrently, will include a double-eye blur effect piece that attaches to the mask, giving Miles G. Morales's movements an even greater sense of speed and impact.
