Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Company HOBBY Division has announced the latest Gunpla product from "Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury," the "HG 1/144 Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury MS Expansion Parts Set 1," scheduled for release in January 2024.
The "HG 1/144 Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury MS Expansion Parts Set 1" includes enhanced equipment compatible with previously released products such as "HG 1/144 Dilanza (Guel's Custom)," "HG 1/144 Darilbalde," "HG 1/144 Gundam Pharact," and "HG 1/144 Michaelis."
For instance, it includes pink beam effects to recreate Dilanza (Guel's Custom)'s final battle appearance, modified Darilbalde with additional shields on both shoulders, the two-in-one twin guns "Beam Hook Gun" used by Elan Ceres (No. 5), and the long spear for the modified Michaelis's left arm. These can all be combined with the main kits to recreate the four mobile suits' active appearances in the latter half of the series.
