Following the "Destoroyah" release, the popular soft vinyl figure series "DefoReal," produced by Japan's PLEX Company and distributed by X-PLUS Company, which incorporates intricate realistic details into adorable deformed proportions, has once again announced its latest product from "Godzilla vs. Destoroyah": the "Destoroyah Night Color Ver." pre-painted figure. It has a suggested retail price of 13,200 JPY and is scheduled for release in March 2024!

Destoroyah is the antagonist kaiju from the 1995 film "Godzilla vs. Destoroyah." Originally a microscopic crustacean that lived in an oxygen-free environment 2.5 billion years ago, it lay dormant in ancient strata. Later, when Dr. Serizawa used the "Oxygen Destroyer" against the original Godzilla, it accidentally awakened the dormant Destoroyah, which gradually mutated into an oxygen-adapted organism. After absorbing Godzilla Junior's DNA and power plant energy, it further evolved into its complete form, exceeding 200 meters!

The "DefoReal Destoroyah Night Color Ver." pre-painted figure reappears with a night-themed paint scheme! Standing approximately 16 cm tall, it faithfully recreates features such as the sharp horn on its forehead, its keen fangs, and rough skin, all within its adorable 2.5-head-tall proportion. The overall color scheme has been changed to a deep, bluish dark tone, evoking the atmosphere of the final night battle at Haneda Airport. Furthermore, a power unit is hidden inside, allowing its eyes and the horn on its head to light up when activated, further reproducing its appearance from the film!
