The iconic character Commander Gundam, who appears in the 'SD Command Chronicles' series, is the supreme commander of the official MS army 'G-ARMS'. While he usually trains the Gundams in his army with a strict demeanor, he is essentially a kind leader to his subordinates. His entire body is equipped with a large array of live-fire armaments such as missiles, grenades, heavy machine guns, etc., allowing him to single-handedly match the combat power of several warriors. Under his command, there is also an intelligence unit capable of relaying orders to sea, land, and air, consisting of the land combat strategist 'Green Beret Gundam', the air combat strategist 'Black Beret Gundam', and the sea combat strategist 'Red Beret Gundam'.
Following the exhibition of 'Commander Gundam (Real Type ver.)' last year, this year saw the simultaneous unveiling of prototypes for 'Green Beret Gundam (Real Type ver.)', 'Black Beret Gundam (Real Type ver.)', and 'Red Beret Gundam (Real Type ver.)'. Produced in a real-type proportion, differing from the original SD proportion, the four units are essentially modified from the same base frame, boasting cool and refined body proportions. Their distinctive armaments are reproduced through different parts and colors.
