Boss Fight Studio, a Western toy brand with numerous licensed IPs such as Popeye and The Little Prince, has announced a new series of products based on "Garfield," featuring Garfield, Odie, and Nermal action figures. Each figure is priced at USD 24.99 and is expected to be released in Q1 2025!
"Garfield" is a comic strip created by Jim Davis in 1978. It centers on the humorous daily lives of the titular Garfield, his owner Jon Arbuckle, and their friends, highlighting the theme that sometimes pets are truly the masters of the house. Over the past five decades, "Garfield" has undergone numerous adaptations, including animated TV series and live-action films. This year, the brand-new movie adaptation, "The Garfield Movie," achieved a box office success of USD 232 million!
This series features three classic characters from "Garfield": the protagonist Garfield, Jon's other pet dog Odie, and the conceited, narcissistic kitten Nermal. Each character is crafted in their classic comic strip style, recreating the flat, two-dimensional aesthetic of the comics with flat coloring and outline shading. Each figure boasts 17 points of articulation, and comes with interchangeable face parts, including eyes and mouths, as well as cartoon-inspired accessories, bringing Garfield's timeless charm to life!
