GASHAPON "Ocha-ken (Tea Dog) Marker Charms" Gashapon, the Super Cute Ocha-ken are Here to Protect Everyone's Umbrellas!

Japan's Bandai Co., Ltd.'s GASHAPON capsule toy division will release a new product based on the classic popular IP "Ocha-ken" (Tea Dog) – the "Ocha-ken Marker Charms" Gashapon. The suggested retail price is 300 Japanese Yen per capsule, with an anticipated release in October 2024!

"Ocha-ken" are healing characters jointly developed by SEGA Toys and Horipro in 2002, aimed at relieving the fatigue of modern people stressed by continuous work. A TV anime was released in 2006, and they have also collaborated with numerous manufacturers such as McDonald's to release various merchandise and toys. They are surely a cherished childhood memory for many toy enthusiasts from the 90s to 2000s!

Ocha-ken are making their GASHAPON debut in the cute and practical Marker Charms series! The Marker Charms series features a rubber ring attached to the charm, allowing it to be placed on items like umbrellas or water bottles for identification, so you won't pick up the wrong one! This collection includes all seven Ocha-ken: Ryoku the Green Tea Dog (リョク), Hana the Flower Tea Dog (ハナ), Earl the Black Tea Dog (アール), Ron the Oolong Tea Dog (ロン), Chai the Milk Tea Dog (チャイ), Cafe the Coffee Dog (カフェ), and Muha the Barley Tea Dog (ムハ). Each charm is made of transparent PVC material with paintwork that faithfully recreates the character's design. The sight of the Ocha-ken lazily gathered together is truly nostalgic!
