BANPRESTO, the toy brand under Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS company that excels in showcasing character figures and various prize items, will release the latest product in the "Toho Kaiju Series": "Chinza Beast Mothra (1964)". It will be available in two styles, A and B, with an anticipated release in May 2025!
The "Chinza Beast" series, a collection of sitting soft vinyl figures featuring various monsters from around the world, introduces its latest entry: "Chinza Beast Mothra (1964)". This figure stars Mothra in its larval form, as it appeared in the 1964 Godzilla series film. It faithfully recreates the character's plump body and potato-like head shape in a chibi proportion, capturing the iconic silk-spitting pose with its upper body raised. Standing approximately 12 cm tall, it includes two color variations: the blue-eyed version from "Mothra vs. Godzilla" and the red-eyed version from "Ghidorah, the Three-Headed Monster". The intricate details, such as the skin wrinkles and tiny hands, along with the gradient and shading in the paintwork, are highly anticipated!
