Japan's renowned toy company FREEing is releasing its latest product based on the anime "Shikanoko Nokonoko Koshitantan": the "Kanoko Noko" 1/6 scale PVC painted finished product! The suggested retail price is 22,000 JPY, with an estimated release in October 2025.
Created by Japanese artist Oshioshio, the gag manga "Shikanoko Nokonoko Koshitantan" (しかのこのこのここしたんたん) tells the story of Torako Koshitantan, a former delinquent high school girl who tries to hide her past to maintain an honor student image. However, one day on her way to school, she encounters a strange girl with deer antlers on her head, Kanoko Noko. Her once peaceful school life suddenly transforms into an incomprehensible and hilarious daily routine. Can Torako continue to hide her past as a delinquent and her maiden identity?
The FREEing "Kanoko Noko" 1/6 scale PVC painted finished product faithfully brings to life the deer herself (?), a member of the Hino Minami High School Deer Club, based on her anime design! Standing approximately 27 cm tall, the figure perfectly recreates the dance pose from the opening theme song "Shikairo Days," which quickly went viral and garnered immense attention on social media. She is depicted in her eternally youthful school uniform, striking a pose with her hands forming deer antlers on her head, and even the perplexing small deer antlers are vividly crafted. Her adorable W-shaped smiling face seems to be an invitation to join the Deer Club!
