The annual staple product from the Danish LEGO toy company, the Advent Calendar, which allows you to open a surprise each day in December leading up to Christmas, has officially announced its new Star Wars-themed entry, number 75418, the "Advent Calendar 2025"! It is scheduled for release on September 1, 2025, with a suggested retail price of US$44.99.
LEGO Advent Calendars are special products where the packaging box is divided into small compartments. Each day, you open the numbered compartment corresponding to the date to receive a minifigure or a brick-built mini-model. Typically, the main character highlighted in the set is placed in compartment number 24. In addition to LEGO's own City series, there are also versions based on classic franchises such as MARVEL, Star Wars, and Disney.
This year's Star Wars-themed 2025 Advent Calendar contains a total of 263 pieces, focusing on droids from the Star Wars universe. These include C-3PO with bright red eyes, the astromech droid R7-A7 with colors perfectly suited for Christmas, the bipedal BD-series droid BD-72, a snow-white BB-8 snowman wearing a black top hat, a Battle Droid, a Super Battle Droid, as well as brick-built droids like the Pit Droid, a Gonk droid holding a mop, a medical droid in Christmas attire, B2EMO, and the Galactic Empire's classic Probe Droid. Even the Christmas tree is a droid!
The minifigure selection includes a Jawa wearing a green ugly sweater and the diminutive droidsmith Babu Frik. From the packaging box, it appears that parts from this set can be used to reassemble a deactivated Battle Droid, transforming it into a special Christmas holiday edition with red and green parts – how adorable!
