To commemorate the 20th anniversary of the release of "Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith," the world-renowned Hong Kong toy manufacturer Hot Toys is launching a new themed product: the "Clone Commander Cody" 1/6th scale collectible figure. The suggested retail price is US$275, limited to 3,000 sets, with an estimated shipping date in Q2-Q3 2025!
Clone Commander Cody, designation CC-2224, served in the 7th Sky Corps during the Clone Wars as the reliable and trustworthy second-in-command to High Jedi General Obi-Wan Kenobi. He shared a deep friendship with Captain Rex of the 501st Legion and is one of the key characters in the animated spin-off series "Star Wars: The Clone Wars"!
This 1/6th scale collectible figure of Commander Cody features his appearance from "Revenge of the Sith" when he was stationed with his legion on the planet Utapau. The sculpt meticulously recreates the details of the clone trooper armor, including the commander's unique binoculars and shoulder antenna. Expert weathering techniques are applied to depict the scratches and damage on his armor's iconic 212th Attack Battalion yellow markings, showcasing his battle-hardened look. The figure also includes both Phase I (from the animated series) and Phase II (from the film) clone trooper helmets for collectors to interchange and display!
Additionally, the figure includes a meticulously sculpted head sculpt that faithfully captures the facial features of actor Temuera Morrison, complete with articulated eyeballs for adjustable gaze.
