To commemorate the 40th anniversary of the Dragon Ball series, Japan's Bandai Co., Ltd.'s Gashapon toy brand GASHAPON is specially releasing the "DRAGON BALL Comics Charm Collection01" gashapon product, which features manga designs as charms! The suggested retail price is 400 JPY per capsule, with the first wave offering 14 designs, expected to launch in September 2025.
The "DRAGON BALL Comics Charm Collection01" gashapon transforms the "Dragon Ball" manga into special miniature charms, approximately 5 cm in size. Packaged in paper boxes, they faithfully reproduce the classic manga covers from Volume 1 to Volume 14. After removing the charm's ball chain, an acrylic charm printed with the title page illustration can be taken out from inside – a double delight in a small charm! Furthermore, the spines are designed just like the real manga, allowing for the fun of combining patterns when arranged together, also reproduced in miniature size! Second and third waves are also planned to be released, completing the entire set of 42 volumes.
